Exchange Policy – BASED

At BASED, we are dedicated to providing premium quality and excellent service. While we do not accept returns, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Courier Doorstep Exchange:
Exchanges can only be processed while the courier is still at your door. Once the courier departs, the transaction is considered final.
2. Original Condition:
The item must be in its original packaging, with the tag intact, and free of any wear, stains, or damage.
3. Exchange Scope:
Exchanges are limited to size or color adjustments of the same product. You cannot exchange the received product for a different product.
4. Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping fees associated with the exchange process.
